About the Artist...
Leila M. Jarvis

Leila has lived in Salmon,
Idaho for nearly 40 years. She studied art at Boise Junior College
in the 60's and recently in 2004 graduated with a Bachelor of Sociology
from the University of Montana at Missoula. She enjoys hiking, camping & fly fishing in the mountains surrounding Salmon. Between these local outings and studying art while traveling in Portugal, France and Italy she has discovered a wide range of material and experiences to draw inspiration from. When not painting and traveling, Leila is the Owner/Broker of Town & Country Realty in Salmon, Idaho. She has been in Real Estate for over 17 years in the Lemhi Valley. |
